Important Information
①Reservations can be made starting one month prior to your scheduled check-in date.
②Please arrive at the front desk 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
③When making a reservation, please specify your clothing size in the remarks section of the reservation form. This information will help us select the appropriate kimono size for you
④The kimono used for this experience will be a 'homongi' (formal visiting kimono). Other types of kimono are not available for selection.
⑤A cancellation fee will be charged according to the cancellation policy stated separately.
⑥The dates listed in the reservation form are in Japan Standard Time (JST). Please be mindful of the time difference when making your reservation.
